Chicken Nyonya Curry

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg Chicken (cut and cleaned or size 12)
  • 500 ml Coconut Cream
  • 5 tablespoon Cooking Oil
  • Jar of Tropicana Nyonya Curry Paste
  • Fried Onion for garnishing

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Heat oil in a big saucepan.
  2. Stir-fry Chicken for 2 3 minutes.
  3. Pour the Coconut Cream and the Tropicana Nyonya Curry Paste
  4. Add water just enough to cover the chicken and bring to a boil
  5. Stir occasionally; simmer till chicken is tender and cooked. (Approximate cooking time for chicken is 15 20 minutes)
  6. Garnish with fried onion.
  7. Serve with steamed rice or roti prata.
