Singapore Laksa

Seafood Laksa


  • 1 kg rice vermicelli or noodle
  • 150 g bean sprout
  • 3 pcs hard-boiled eggs (Cut in half)
  • 300 g meat (chicken/beef/BBQ pork/seafood/a bit of everything)
  • jar Tropicana Singapore laska paste
  • 300 ml coconut cream
  • 500 ml fresh full cream milk
  • 1 Ltr chicken soup or water
  • 6 pcs fried bean curd (cut )
  • Fried onion and coriander for garnishing

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Wash and cook noodle, beansprout, eggs, meat and put in 3 big bowls with noodle at the bottom, the rest on top. Set aside.
  2. In a big saucepan, mix Tropicana Singapore Laksa Paste, coconut cream, fresh milk, chicken soup/water, and fried bean curd.
  3. Bring to a boil slowly with medium heat. Once boiled, switch off.
  4. Pour into the 3 bowls, garnish with fried onion and coriander, serve immediately.
