Sambal Prawns

Sambal Prawn


  • 2 Tablespoon of cooking oil
  • 500 g Big Prawns (shelled with tails on)
  • Cup of water 3 Tablespoons of Tropicana Sambal Chilli Sauce
  • Fried onion, coriander for garnishing
  • 2 Tablespoons of coconut cream (optional)

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Heat cooking oil in a frying pan.
  2. Add Tropicana Sambal Chilli Sauce and prawn, keep stir frying till fragrant and prawn is cooked.
  3. Add water and bring to a quick boil.
  4. Add 2 table spoons of coconut cream (optional)
  5. Garnish with fried onion, coriander.
  6. Serve hot with steamed rice.
